Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 diced garlic cloves

Sauce

  • 16 oz pasta sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Pasta

  • 2 lbs packaged tortellini

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

Vegetables

  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add diced onions and garlic; cook until softened.
  • Add pasta sauce to the meat mixture, simmer, then pour in whipping cream and stir.
  • Stir in tortellini, season with garlic parsley salt and dried parsley, then simmer until pasta is cooked.
  • Add spinach and Parmesan, stir until combined, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half and half instead of whipping cream.
