Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add diced onions and garlic; cook until softened.
Add pasta sauce to the meat mixture, simmer, then pour in whipping cream and stir.
Stir in tortellini, season with garlic parsley salt and dried parsley, then simmer until pasta is cooked.
Add spinach and Parmesan, stir until combined, then serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of whipping cream.
