Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Mix buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and heavy cream; simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add cheese and chicken; stir until cheese melts.
Combine pasta with sauce, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water. Season and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Use fresh green onions for best flavor.
