Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Mix buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and heavy cream; simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cheese and chicken; stir until cheese melts.
  • Combine pasta with sauce, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water. Season and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Use fresh green onions for best flavor.
