large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce

pasta water reserved
Seasonings

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil with seasonings until pink; set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth. Add reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
Combine pasta and sauce, add shrimp, and stir to coat. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or more Parmesan.
