Instructions
Sauté sliced mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil until browned (5–7 minutes).
Add spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted; season lightly with salt.
Melt butter in a separate pan over low heat. Whisk eggs and milk, then pour into the pan and stir until creamy.
Plate the scrambled eggs with sautéed mushrooms and spinach. Top with sliced avocado.
Notes
Feel free to add cheese or chili flakes for extra flavor.
