Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or your pasta of choice

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Salmon

  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Lemon Juice

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Herbs

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the salmon until flaky, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce. Mix in cooked pasta and garnish with chopped dill or parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream and reduce cheese quantity.
