Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the salmon until flaky, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce. Mix in cooked pasta and garnish with chopped dill or parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream and reduce cheese quantity.
