Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or your pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook salmon until flaky, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and flake.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Return salmon to the skillet, stir to combine, then add cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped dill or parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
