Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook salmon until flaky, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and flake.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the skillet, stir to combine, then add cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped dill or parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
