Milk

Spinach

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, season, and set aside.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in oil until flaky, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, then stir in flour and gradually add milk to form a sauce.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, then combine with cooked pasta and flaked salmon. Serve hot.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley and pepper for extra flavor.
