  • 0.25 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pecans roughly chopped, plus extra for topping
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats or granola
  • 1 tbsp nut butter such as almond or peanut butter
  • A pinch pinch ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into a bowl and spread evenly.
  • Top with chopped pecans and oats or granola.
  • Drizzle nut butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
