Instructions
Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Chill.
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar; stir well.
Fold in diced peaches, drain excess juice if needed.
Top with chilled streusel; cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more streusel topping before serving.
