Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 1 lb penne pasta

Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cubed

Oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Spices

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Broth

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Garnish

  • as needed Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil with spices until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add broth and cream, simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese until well coated. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or lemon zest.
