Instructions
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brown chicken in oil, then remove from pan.
Sauté mushrooms and shallot, add garlic, then deglaze with broth.

Garnish with parsley and serve with Parmesan cheese.
