  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Herbs & Spices

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and mushrooms in the same skillet until fragrant and softened.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan; simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with thyme and parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh thyme for the best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
