Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

Dairy

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Oils & Fats

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic & Herbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Seasonings

  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  • Add heavy cream and thyme, season with salt and pepper, then simmer to thicken.
  • Return chicken to skillet and cook a few more minutes, spooning sauce over.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine or Parmesan cheese.
