Instructions
Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
Add heavy cream and thyme, season with salt and pepper, then simmer to thicken.
Return chicken to skillet and cook a few more minutes, spooning sauce over.
Serve warm.
