Instructions
Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden (5-7 min per side). Remove and set aside.
Sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 min until softened.
Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer 5 min until thickened. Return chicken and simmer 5 min.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use fresh herbs and high-quality cream.
