Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts approx. 500g

Vegetables

  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Dairy

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Broth

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Herbs & Seasonings

  • 2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Cooking Oils & Fats

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden (5-7 min per side). Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 min until softened.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer 5 min until thickened. Return chicken and simmer 5 min.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use fresh herbs and high-quality cream.
