Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; add Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, garnish with parsley before serving.
