Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Protein

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon lemon, zested and juiced

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; add Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or lemon zest on top.
