Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 fillets chicken boneless
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 fresh lemon juice about 3 tablespoons
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in oil or butter until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.
  • Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
