Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add lemon juice and chicken broth, simmer briefly.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, add lemon zest, then combine with pasta and chicken, adjusting sauce with pasta water.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, then serve immediately.
