Instructions
Prepare chicken by removing tendons and pat dry. Coat with seasoned flour.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, cook chicken 2-3 mins per side until cooked through. Set aside.
Add garlic to the same pan, cook 1-2 mins. Pour in lemon juice, scrape to deglaze.
Add lemon zest and cream, simmer 3 mins. Return chicken, cook 2-3 mins until sauce thickens.
Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor and adjust lemon zest and juice to taste.
