Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then rinse under cold water.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, mix cooled pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella, and herbs.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
