Instructions
Rinse rice until water runs clear. Set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, toast for 2 minutes, then add salt and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 18 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Warm milk in microwave, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve rice topped with the cheese mixture.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
