1cupheavy cream
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoondried parsley
0.5cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until browned and tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in heavy cream, thyme, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Notes
For an enhanced flavor, use fresh herbs instead of dried thyme and parsley.
