  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add chicken broth to deglaze, then stir in heavy cream, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, then add spinach and cook until wilted. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer briefly.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of side. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
