Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until browned, then keep warm.
Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until hot and bubbling.
Return chicken and add broccoli, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve warm over rice or pasta, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For firmer broccoli, add it later in the cooking process.
