  • 907 g chicken fillets
  • 60 g butter divided for cooking
  • 298 g condensed cream of chicken soup (1 can), or more if needed
  • 240 ml water
  • 480 ml broccoli chopped
  • 5 ml fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until browned, then keep warm.
  • Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until hot and bubbling.
  • Return chicken and add broccoli, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve warm over rice or pasta, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For firmer broccoli, add it later in the cooking process.
