  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat oil and cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Add cream and broth, then simmer with Parmesan until thickened.
  • Return chicken to sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes
