Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef (Use 85–90% lean for best flavor.)

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked rice (Any type of cooked rice works well.)

Dairy & Fats

  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (Can substitute with regular butter and minced garlic.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Can swap for Monterey Jack or mozzarella.)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Skip if necessary, but enhances flavor.)

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste (Adjust seasoning before serving.)

Garnish

  • optional Chopped parsley for garnish (Optional for serving.)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic butter to the beef and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in cooked rice and half of the shredded cheese, mixing well.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and let melt.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or hot sauce to taste.
