  • 2 pounds 99% Ground Turkey

Pasta

  • 1 bag Al Dente Carba-Nada Rigatoni or any pasta, 4 servings

Spices & Seasonings

  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Yum Keto Honey Substitute

Vegetables & Others

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 4 Wedges Laughing Cow White Cheddar Wedges
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1-1/2 cups Unsweetened No Sugar Applesauce
  • 2/3 cup Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté ground turkey with garlic powder and ginger until cooked through.
  • Simmer firecracker sauce ingredients until thickened.
  • Mix cooked pasta with cheese, almond milk, and vegetable stock until melted.
  • Add most of the sauce to turkey, then combine with pasta. Top with green onions, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.

Notes

Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes to taste.
