Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
Sauté ground turkey with garlic powder and ginger until cooked through.
Simmer firecracker sauce ingredients until thickened.
Mix cooked pasta with cheese, almond milk, and vegetable stock until melted.
Add most of the sauce to turkey, then combine with pasta. Top with green onions, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
Notes
Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes to taste.
