Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion. Pat cucumbers dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
Garnish with additional fresh dill and black pepper if desired. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
