Pasta

  • 340 grams Rotini pasta

Protein

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast boneless, skinless

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped

Dairy & Broth

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Cheese

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rotini until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken with chili spices until browned and cooked through.
  • Add tomatoes, green onions, and parsley; cook briefly.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle boil.
  • Add cooked pasta, stir to coat with sauce, then top with mozzarella and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley or chili flakes.
