Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Add uncooked rice, cooked chicken, and optional veggies to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
Notes
Customize with your choice of frozen peas or broccoli for added color and nutrients. For an extra cheesy touch, sprinkle more cheese on top before baking.
