Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare ingredients.
In an oven-safe skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic and thyme. Add chicken, season, and brown slightly.
Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Stir in rice, then pour in broth and cream. Mix well.
Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure rice is fully submerged in liquid for even cooking.
