Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Slice chicken and season with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers and onion until tender. Add garlic powder and onion powder.
Return chicken to the skillet, add cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream; stir until smooth and heated through. Mix in cooked pasta.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk or half-and-half. Adjust seasoning to taste.
