Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2-3 cups cooked/shredded chicken or diced cooked chicken
  • 1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups minute rice uncooked
  • to taste salt/pepper salt/pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix chicken, onion soup, soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour into a sprayed 9x13 pan, cover with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

You can add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
