Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2-3 cups cooked/shredded chicken *or diced cooked chicken

Pantry

  • 1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups minute rice *uncooked
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine chicken, onion mix, soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, and salt/pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and add the mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve!

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more sour cream. For extra flavor, include sautéed vegetables like peas and carrots.
