Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine chicken, onion mix, soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, and salt/pepper in a medium bowl.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and add the mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve!
Notes
For a creamier texture, add more sour cream. For extra flavor, include sautéed vegetables like peas and carrots.
