Ingredients
  

Spice Mix

  • 1.5 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Main ingredients

  • 3 large filets salmon fillets cut in half for 6 pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 onion diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 6 mini sweet peppers chopped peppers or 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2.5 cups heavy cream 3 cups for full pasta
  • 1/3 cup pasta water reserved from pot

Parmesan cheese

  • as much as you love parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon with Cajun spices and cook until golden.
  • In the same pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste, heavy cream, and reserved pasta water; simmer.
  • Combine cooked salmon with sauce and toss with cooked pasta and Parmesan.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
