Instructions
Season the salmon with Cajun spices and cook until golden.
In the same pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until fragrant.
Add tomato paste, heavy cream, and reserved pasta water; simmer.
Combine cooked salmon with sauce and toss with cooked pasta and Parmesan.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
