Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Slice cooked chicken and add to the sauce. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and combine well.
  • Finish with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers, onions, spinach, or mushrooms. Substitute shrimp for chicken for a seafood variation.
