Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, add mushrooms and onion, cook until tender. Drain excess fat.
Mix beef, rice, soup, broth, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes until rice is tender.
If desired, uncover, sprinkle cheese, and bake 5 more minutes until melted.
Notes
For a cheesier topping, add more cheese or bake longer.
