Dairy & liquids

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, apple, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
