Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Crumble Topping

  • ½ cup powdered sugar or light brown or white sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, softened or melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla; combine with cream cheese mixture.
  • Add dry ingredients, then spread batter into pan. Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool and optionally dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are softened for easier mixing.
