Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla; combine with cream cheese mixture.
Add dry ingredients, then spread batter into pan. Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
