  • 4 oz goat cheese log room temperature
  • 0.25 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • honey for drizzling honey as needed

Instructions
 

  • Lay out wax or parchment paper. Spread chopped pecans and cranberries on it.
  • Gently roll the goat cheese over the nuts and fruit, using the paper to help coat evenly.
  • Continue until the entire log is coated. Serve immediately or chill.
  • Before serving, drizzle with honey and serve with crackers or sliced fruit.
