Instructions
 

  • Bring orange juice, water, and salt to a gentle boil in a large pan.
  • Add oats, orange zest, and cranberries. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Test consistency; for creamier oats, add 1/2 cup water and cook 5-7 minutes.
