Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
Combine wet and dry, fold in ¾ cup cranberries.
Divide batter into 12 muffins, top with remaining cranberries, bake 18-20 mins.
