  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (for extra depth of flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (for a slight tang)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Add garlic, cranberries, orange zest, juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, and mustard. Simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the sauce reduce slightly before serving.
