Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ½ cup Cranberries (frozen and thawed or fresh)
  • 1 apple Apple (cored and sliced)
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats (or gluten free rolled oats)
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • ¾ cup Egg Whites
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar (or sugar of choice)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 ¼ cups Milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
  • Mix egg whites and milk, then add remaining ingredients.
  • Add mixture to crockpot and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1 hour.
  • Serve topped with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Stir before serving for best consistency.
