frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained

Instructions
Cook sausage and bacon in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream, then mix in milk, eggs, and seasonings.
Stir in cooked meats, hash browns, and 1 cup cheese.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour mixture into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake covered for 50–60 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes.
Let rest before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables or spices to the mixture.
