Meats

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 pound bacon, chopped

Dairy

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Frozen Ingredients

  • 1 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained

Seasonings

  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage and bacon in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
  • Blend cream cheese and sour cream, then mix in milk, eggs, and seasonings.
  • Stir in cooked meats, hash browns, and 1 cup cheese.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour mixture into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake covered for 50–60 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes.
  • Let rest before slicing and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables or spices to the mixture.
