Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer hash browns, bacon, and cheeses in baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden and center is set.
Let cool 5-10 minutes, garnish with green onions if desired, then slice and serve.
Notes
Let casserole rest before slicing for cleaner cuts. Customize with diced veggies or hot sauce.
