Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 ounces pasta shells (such as penne or rigatoni)

Crab Meat

  • 1 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells

Dairy & Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, drain.
  • In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add crab meat and heat through.
  • Mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, cheeses, parsley, salt, and pepper. Fold in crab.
  • Transfer to baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
