Ingredients
  

Crab Mixture

  • 1 can crab meat 6 oz, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces English muffins split in half
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Mix crab, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, Old Bay, and pepper until creamy.
  • Lightly butter muffins and broil cut side up for 1–2 minutes.
  • Spread crab mixture evenly on muffin halves.
  • Broil for 3–5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Slice into quarters and serve hot.

Notes

Serve immediately for best crispiness.
