  • 1 cup Milk Dairy-free alternatives, like almond or oat milk, can be used.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Plain Greek yogurt can be a lighter substitute.
  • 1 cup Water Adjust as per your preference.
  • 2 cups Minute Rice Substitute with other quick-cooking varieties.

  • 1 cup Cheese Add your favorite cheese, like cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1 cup Sautéed Vegetables Options like broccoli, peas, or carrots for nutrition.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine chicken, soups, milk, sour cream, water, and sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the cooked rice and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
