Meat

  • 227 grams ground beef (85/15)

Vegetables

  • 240 grams corn

Dairy

  • 160 grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 113 grams cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 80 milliliters whole milk
  • 60 grams sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Meat

  • 75 grams bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 907 grams tater tots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to skillet and mix well.
  • In a 9x13 pan layer the beef, then cheese, and finally tater tots before baking for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or jalapeƱos.
