  • 6 large eggs, (scrambled)
  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage, (cooked)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, (cooked, crumbled) (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, (shredded)
  • 1 package king's hawaiian rolls (12-count)
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter, (melted, divided)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish.
  • Split rolls and place bottom halves in the dish.
  • Pour melted cowboy butter over the bottom halves.
  • Layer with eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
  • Top with roll halves and brush with cowboy butter.
  • Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 3-5 minutes.

Notes

Serve with extra cowboy butter for dipping!
